Can I send the Coaching Contract in advance?

Sure.  It can be helpful to give the leader extra time to read and internalize what is being asked of them.  Additionally, it gives the leader a chance to consider what is being asked of you – the coach.  By the time you meet they’ll have a clearer picture of how they might want to modify the contract and, most importantly, why they should commit to the items in the contract.
