Dear Tim,
I can’t say I’ve read all of Marshall Goldsmith’s 40+ published books, but I have read lots and lots of them. I think you have a library right there. I’d start with his New York Times bestsellers and go from there.
Another book I’d recommend was recently published by Stakeholder Centered Coaching (SCC): “Coaching Stories to Inspire Change.” It contains 20 stories from experienced SCC coaches. The stories are like Aesop’s Fables. You get a short entertaining story followed by a learning lesson. Marshall contributed the Foreword.
