  • What if there are controversial responses in the Behavioral Interviews?

In a nutshell – that is okay. You will always find a gradient of comments on various behaviors. As you conduct behavioral interviews, your job is much like that of a journalist – you need to report all relevant information, not necessarily all acquired information. Synthesize what is revealed in the 360 and use the behavioral interviews to color in the objective 360 framework with some subjective color.

Learn About Certification
Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching® is the most powerful process for behavior coaching I have come across. I feel more confident that by following Marshall's process, people can change and that I have a tool to measure it, which is something unusual. The training team is very professional and supportive all the way through. It’s been a great experience!
