  • Do we need to include stakeholder responsibilities in the Coaching Contract?

There is no need to include stakeholder responsibilities in the Coach Contract.  This stakeholder R&R discussion comes after the leader has selected their growth area.  The Coach Contract aims to create clarity and commitment to the leader/coach R&R throughout the engagement.  Once the growth goal is defined you have a clearer picture of who should be involved as a stakeholder.

Learn About Certification
Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching® is the most powerful process for behavior coaching I have come across. I feel more confident that by following Marshall's process, people can change and that I have a tool to measure it, which is something unusual. The training team is very professional and supportive all the way through. It’s been a great experience!
